Rules for publication:

1. No Personal attacks ..any personal attacks on ANYONE by name will not be published ! PERIOD !!!
2. You can criticize, but be respectful ....bring your solution to an issue you would like to see improved ! Anyone can complain, we want to highlight the positive AND solutions!
3. Again, NO POLITICAL or RELIGIOUS submissions will be published!
4. Opinions are welcome, but we reserve the right to publish dissenting opinions and/or rebuttals!! PLAY NICE!
5. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN EITHER OF THESE TWO FORMS:
