JV Uses Late Surge to Defeat Central Davidson

 The JV man's Black Knight soccer team used a late surge to defeat the Central Davidson Spartans by a score of 5-0.
 The first half was scoreless as both teams played tough defense. Nick Bryan scored first for the Knights at 51:40. Nick was assisted by Jake Shore. This goal got North Davidson rolling.
 Shortly after North's first goal, Central's goalkeeper was injured and had to leave the game. The Knight's would then go on to score four quick goals in the final 8:28 of the game. Diego Ramirez scored the second goal at 61:32. Shortly after Ramirez's goal, Austin Larue scored at 63:50 and was assisted by Wesley Ramirez. Less than a minute later Griffith Michael scored at 64:42. Austin Brinkley went out with a bang and scored with just 9.6 seconds left in the game. Brinkley was assisted by Jake Shore, his second assist of the game.
 The boys played well as a team and improved their record to 4-1.

 The JV men's Black knights soccer team blew out the Ledford Panthers by a score of 9-0 Tuesday evening. It was a scoring bonanza!
 It all started when Zach Cartrette scored first for the Knights just 43 seconds into the game. Ledford kept North at bay for about 26 minutes after the first goal. Then with 7:55 remaining in the half, Austin Brinkley scored the goal that got North rolling! In the final minute of the first half, Austin LaRue scored . The Knights went into the half leading 3-0.
 Nick Bryan scored two straight goals at 36:12 and 40;19 to turn the score strongly in the Knights favor , 5-0.
 Ryan Weavil then scored two straight goals of his own at 45:32 and 46:57. The first of his goals was a header and his second goal bounced off the top post and found its way into the net.
 Next it was the Ramirez brothers to score. Wesley Ramirez scored at 52:23 and his brother Diego followed with just 2:21 remaining in the second half.
 The boys played a great game and improved their record to 5-1 !
